Not another chatbot.
It doesn't mess up. It doesn't make up wrong answers. And it actually drives conversion — a small chat bubble in the corner of your site that answers visitors from your own site info and gently invites them to leave their contact.
Answers from your site
LogicAgent only speaks from what's on your website — title, description, and page text we've fetched. No made-up facts.
Captures leads gently
When a conversation goes well, the agent invites visitors to share email, name, or phone — whatever they're comfortable with.
How to enable LogicAgent
One LogicAgent is included with every Pro plan. No new snippet — the existing faqlogic embed handles it.
1. Be on the Pro plan.
LogicAgent is a Pro feature. Upgrade from the Pricing page if you are on Free.
2. Paste the faqlogic embed snippet on your site (if you have not already).
The snippet that already powers your FAQ is the same one that serves the LogicAgent bubble. Find it in your property's Install tab.
3. Open the LogicAgent page in your dashboard.
In the left sidebar, click LogicAgent. If you do not see it yet, an admin has not flipped the feature flag on for your account.
4. Pick a property and click Enable.
Open the Property Settings section, choose the site, and toggle Enable. Your one Pro slot is now in use.
5. Click Fetch site info.
We crawl your landing page plus common subpages (pricing, features, FAQ, about, contact) so the agent has accurate knowledge. Refetch any time after updates.
6. That is it — visit your site.
A chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner. Visitors click it to ask questions, get answered from your own content, and can leave contact details so you can follow up.
