Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using faqlogic. They are written for clarity, but they do not replace legal advice for your own business.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of faqlogic. By creating an account, using the dashboard, or installing the faqlogic snippet on your website, you agree to these terms.
If you have questions about these terms, contact us at hi@faqlogic.cc.
2. What faqlogic provides
faqlogic helps website owners scan existing FAQ content, improve questions and answers with AI-assisted workflows, publish an embeddable FAQ, and reorder FAQ questions based on aggregate visitor question clicks.
The service is intended to support your content workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any FAQ content before you publish it.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Your content and websites
You keep ownership of the website content, FAQ questions, answers, domains, and related materials you provide to faqlogic.
You grant faqlogic permission to process that content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
5. AI-assisted output
faqlogic may use AI to suggest FAQ questions, answers, summaries, or improvements. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your business context.
You are responsible for checking AI-assisted output before publication, especially where the content relates to pricing, legal rights, refunds, warranties, regulated claims, or customer obligations.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use faqlogic to violate the law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or publish deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account or website is misusing the service or creating risk for faqlogic, users, visitors, or third parties.
7. Subscriptions and billing
faqlogic offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro is currently priced at $19 per month and includes up to 3 properties, expanded AI usage, longer analytics history, weekly reports, and removable powered-by branding.
Subscription fees are charged in advance and continue until cancelled. You can manage or cancel billing from the account area when Stripe billing is active.
8. Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error or want to request a refund, email hi@faqlogic.cc with your account email and the charge details.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past billing periods.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep faqlogic reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.
10. In-page visitor guidance
If you enable in-page visitor guidance on your website, you are responsible for deciding where it appears, what text it shows, and whether your website privacy notice and consent setup are appropriate for your visitors.
The feature may use page-level behaviour signals, such as scroll position and pause time, to decide when to show relevant guidance. No cookies or persistent identifiers are used for this feature.
For UK, EU, and EEA visitors, the feature requires a supported consent platform signal before it runs. If the required consent signal is not available, the feature does not run.
11. Privacy Scanner reports
Privacy Scanner reports are automated technical checks intended to help you identify possible consent, tracker, security, and accessibility issues. They are not legal advice, compliance certification, or a substitute for review by a qualified privacy, security, accessibility, or legal professional.
Depending on the scan method available for a website, faqlogic may analyse server-rendered HTML, rendered HTML after client-side scripts run, response headers, and cookies set on first load. If a real-browser deep scan is unavailable or fails, some findings may be inferred from static HTML only.
Automated scans cannot reliably see every banner injected after a snapshot, content inside Shadow DOM, asynchronous tracker network calls, cross-origin third-party iframes, or whether every tracker is correctly blocked until consent. You remain responsible for verifying important findings, especially consent behavior, in your own browser or audit tooling.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, faqlogic is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the service.
13. Contact
